Adi Shakti Meditation

Yesterday I completed my 40 days of JapJi and started another 40 days practice –  Adi Shakti Meditation.

I would like to remind all women about this invaluable tool that we have in our possession at times of need and support – Adi Shakti mantra, also known as Bhakti mantra. Returning To Source – Kundalini Yoga Workshop Dec, 15 from 11- 4pm

Returning to Source

At some point in our evolution from creation each of us made the conscious decision to Be Here Now. Moving from a dogmatic Piscean era and now into a conscious evolution of the Aquarian era, we can come to understand the meaning of “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, we are spiritual beings having a human experience”. To do this we must understand what it means to “Return to Source” not only in the sense of taking from Source but also giving back to Source as conscious stewards.

During this workshop we will be exploring ways to utilize our own conscious energy in its purest form by bringing us in contact to Source. Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, Raw Foods, Detox Programs, Solar Seed Funding and Conscious Debt Resistance, we will clear a path to access the True Source that lies within each of us.

Please join The Kundalini Yoga Co-op, The Living Life, RE-volv Solar and Strike Debt Bay Area in a trans-formative community workshop to learn how we as individuals can connect to our unlimited source for personal growth and community stewardship. Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
